I’m settling on this melody for now. I might play with the second half of the verse to give it a lift.

Maybe an appropriate name for this piece is Boxing Day! In addition to the day it was written, I can see a slight feather weight boxer “dancing around” and swinging his punches in time to this piece. Maybe that’s stretching it a bit but, like poetry, music is always open to interpretation right?!
